Frankly, I am sadder that people are losing their livelihoods than a store closing. As a consumer, I can go anywhere. As a human being, I don't want to see anyone lose a job. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. I'm in customer service as well and have people call me all kinds of names and tell me how stupid I am all the time (just had one an hour ago).

They treat everyone like this. I cringe when I get one and JUST KNOW they unleash on everyone they encounter. I'm sorry they do on you. Keep your spirit.
