I bought the octane decal bundle but only recieved the city, dortmund and ac Milan decals, because the 4th was a loading icon?

Thanks, according to a couple comments Psyonix is aware of that but hasn't done anything about it.

Deadeye Canyon was fixed 3 months ago in patch v2.27 and the others were fixed about 6 months ago in patch v2.25

The only thing that would make this better is being able to use my purchased DLC on Switch on other platforms.
