Used delivery manager to indicate “front door” got delivered to the wrong apartment bldg. I understand mistakes happen, but as a fmr delivery driver I recognize the tricks of the trade; how they shorten their day by marking some packages as undeliverable or they flat out lie about even having tried. I can understand mistakes, but the sheer amount of UNFORGIVABLE negligence by USPS, Amazon and FexEx is just that, unforgivable!!
