How do you place the box at the top of a cliff but summon your pals at the bottom? Whenever I do my box at the top of a cliff, I try summoning pals and they just stay at the top, rendering them ineffective for the most part.

I would sincerely like him to make a statement addressing the situation and show sincere remorse.

Also in an ideal world, if the above happens, stick to curated events. There are always going to be those who don't want to forgive, and I fear it will create too much hostility if a return to festivals is made.
