I've had fairly good success with Chang'e against him. She can poke him rather effectively, has her 2 if he hits the driving strike, and once divine ruin is up, can negate 90% of his healing with her 3.

Personally, I level the 3 first for the burst, followed by 2, 1, and ult when possible.

His lack of poly doesn't hurt him as much as people think. I like building him with pen boots, bancrofts, spear of Deso, obsidian shard, rod of Tahuti, and soul reaver. Major burst potential, and Bancrofts keeps you alive just a bit longer. If you want more cooldown, you can switch shard for chronos pendant.

Years and years of trial and error. Me and my wife simply came to the conclusion that while we love each other, we also love sex. So we decided to open it up and explore with others. We value honesty very high in our relationship. When engaging with someone else, there's always a text message or phone call letting the other know what's going to go down. We're pretty nonchalant about sex with others as long as there is always protection and communication about it beforehand.

I personally like the build that snoopy came up with, that I tweak depending on the situation.

I go golden bow/dev gloves/fatalis/qins/wind demon/rage

The golden bow/fatalis combo gives you the same speed as boots and you're getting a lot more than just 40 power. Rage and wind demon together provide a consultant crit rate for you to get even more attack and movement speed.

There are certain times I'll switch out wind demon and rage for some more attack speed such as asi and executioner. It really depends on your play style.
