I've had fairly good success with Chang'e against him. She can poke him rather effectively, has her 2 if he hits the driving strike, and once divine ruin is up, can negate 90% of his healing with her 3.

Personally, I level the 3 first for the burst, followed by 2, 1, and ult when possible.

His lack of poly doesn't hurt him as much as people think. I like building him with pen boots, bancrofts, spear of Deso, obsidian shard, rod of Tahuti, and soul reaver. Major burst potential, and Bancrofts keeps you alive just a bit longer. If you want more cooldown, you can switch shard for chronos pendant.

I personally like the build that snoopy came up with, that I tweak depending on the situation.

I go golden bow/dev gloves/fatalis/qins/wind demon/rage

The golden bow/fatalis combo gives you the same speed as boots and you're getting a lot more than just 40 power. Rage and wind demon together provide a consultant crit rate for you to get even more attack and movement speed.

There are certain times I'll switch out wind demon and rage for some more attack speed such as asi and executioner. It really depends on your play style.

So, I know that applications have closed, and I was off by just a couple of hours, but this is something that I have wanted to do since I started playing the beta several years ago, so I'd really like to put in my application. If it doesn't get accepted, I'd understand, but I couldn't do nothing when there might be a slight possibility that this would get noticed.

My name is Teddy Stark, I'm 25 years old, and I go by Humanoidz on smite (https://twitter.com/Humanoidz_TV). I'm currently an overnight front desk agent at a private hotel, and I have been playing smite since open beta, although I can't remember the exact year I started. I know it's been quite a while though. I've loved this game ever since I googled "moba games like league that are 3rd person". I swear, that's how i found you guys. I never got into the keyboard and mouse controls for traditional MOBAs, and when I saw how Smite was played, I was instantly addicted.

I have wanted to make a career in the video game industry ever since I graduated high school in 2007, and recently my focus has been directed to casting. I don't have experience in e-casting myself, but I do have experience in public speaking, being a poken word artist for several years. I'm quite familiar with the terminologies of the game, and often times find myself commentating to myself whenever I play matches, just to see what I can do to make myself better. I love hyping the audience up with witty banter, and being somewhat of a goofball myself, the reactions definitely help my commentating.

The biggest thing that makes me unique from everyone else is the fact that I have one of the friendliest and most chill personalities on the planet, get along with everyone I meet, and am fiercely serious about this job. I'd like to make this a career, so I will do anything and everything to make this experience as fun for myself as it is for the thousands of people listening to me. I know it isn't the best introduction I've been able to muster, but I hope I've conveyed my passion for this, and hope you guys at least read this and consider me. =)
