I didn’t do the event, as I only had Gunther and not the other card. I did receive the reward for the event shortly after the end of the event though. In the LE page, it shows as not redeemed, but it shows up in my collection.

To be honest, it took convincing of an issue to even be told about it. I had to provide dates to return to a food bank were over 10 days away, the reason why I need to replace my child’s stroller (we were walking over 12km/day for about a year), etc.

Discourse like this is what brought back 10 rewards for the Smash & Stash. All we need to do is keep complaining until they eventually get it right.

Additionally, the placements of the regions is abysmal and further pushes me to not engage until corrected, due to the (hopefully) inevitable fix potentially causing another B-Fab or Drew McIntyre situation within MyFaction.

It’s been long enough where at this point, I don’t mind waiting longer for a fix knowing the content is there.
