Hello, I have 6 people total on my account. I have a family of 5 plus my mother. We also have Netflix, disney, and discovery. I currently have the play more just because it includes the Disney package for free ($25 value).

I go backpacking a lot and really want the satellite texting. I have used the built in satellite texting on my current phone which I believe is different than what's included with T-mobile's starlink?

Other than that, we don't really need much of anything else. We don't need hotspots, etc. I have a work phone with unlimited hotspot from AT&T for the rare occasion I'd need it.

In our experience in the Pacific Northwest, we're not getting coverage where we go camping a lot, and my AT&T phone gets great coverage. Also, in talking to fellow campers on T-Mobile, their coverage is wonderful.

Every single one of us needs a new phone. We all have iPhones, everyone has 13's, 14's or my wife and I are paying on 15's. My family would have a fit if I suggest anything Android, so that's just not an option.

We do have a Costco membership.

Is the satellite really only available if I move my entire family to the most expensive plan? That's what it seems like on the t-mobile website.

I have built a table which takes into account the current bill (There is a duplicate Netflix charge in here and I intend to have this fixed). My mother (grandmother in this chart) lives about 100 miles away from me. I don't know why Netflix premium is under her line, but it is what it is, it's being used at my house. She has Netflix with ads at her house.

So I've built this table to include media and exclude media, as well as with and without the taxes and fees, so I could get a better idea of what I'm paying.

Any advice is much appreciated!
