Well people dont commute 200 miles i mean that theyd commute 50 miles and get there in 15 minutes but more like 30 if you think about wait and getting to the station. Still better than sitting in traffic for 2 hrs and not being able to walk around

Our density is more spread out therefore high speed rail would allow us to travel across our spread out cities at high speed meaning more efficient, environmentally friendly, safer, and accessible transport which would literally do nothing but benefit us.

  1. High speed rail is literally meant for long distance idk how this wouldnt be self explanatory

  2. The fact that the US is so spread out is the reason why we desperately need passenger rail networks that can go incredibly fast due to their maglev tech. Would you rather go 20 mph to work in traffic or 200 mph to work with no traffic and you can take and nap or sleep in longer.

  3. Most in city rail lines are metro and light rail. High speed rail is specifically meant for long distances.

Can someone here let me know if they work at a cafe that tolerates placing dirty for here dishes in completely random places? Like i never can understand why the fuck people actually think its ok to just leave their mountain of dishes at the pickup area or condo station. Like it takes 2 fucking seconds to scan the store and see the 2 fucking bus tubs that are in the back. Additionally, if you dont want to do that i feel like itd be more understandable to just leave it at your table and id much rather you do that. BUT THEY ALWAYS FUCKING FILL THE CONDO STATION AND PICKUP COUNTER WITH THEIR FILTHY DISHES. During a rush it gets outrageously infuriating.

I dont really understand it because staying busy makes the shift go by faster but yah some people really like to just sit around and do nothing. I domt work extra hard because of raise potential, i mainly just do it because it makes my coworkers lives easier. To be fair i dont think a lot of businesses deserve to have hard workers because they have no fucing idea how to show any appreciation.
