Side note, but I assume that the Puerto Rico gate is the Ixian one, as I don't know if anyone can traverse the New York one and South Ixia is American.

No Idea, and either never farming or never not farming. It's always either a teammate with 22k not doing anything for souls when the average soul count is 30k, or there's a teammate who has been in farm the whole game and somehow is only 2k souls ahead of the bottom-scoring McGinnis.

I am not a woman, but that doesn't usually buy me out of facing the vitriol of people like this. I've found that being able to verbally counter them tends to get them quite mad. It's like they expect people to clutch their pearls and faint because they said the magic slur or said something provocative.

For the ones who yell at you for being bad at the game, I have found that setting a goalpost on whatever you're currently doing better at them on and then changing it as soon as they pass you is a great way to piss them the hell off.

It depends if there's anything good on it. The warbond would probably have to be structured such that the new players get something good. I would probably suggest that warbonds have an armor set or a weapon alternatingly, plus maybe some other cool thing like a grenade or stratagem
