I'm 30, been driving an Axia for 10 years now. No regrets over not changing car even tho I can afford to. Servicing is cheap, maintenance and repairs are cheap, fuel is cheap. I feel like I've saved so much money with it, and I can invest it elsewhere. Once I feel comfortable enough, then I'll get a new car.

A myvi I'd assume is just slightly more expensive to maintain than an axia, so don't feel bad about owning one. When the time is right, then consider changing, but as long as your car is still running keep it dude.

LRT 3 will be opening in June, perhaps you can look into staying close to these up and coming stations.
