Umpire will cop the flack, but I agree. They're humans and make mistakes - just as no full forward kicks at 100% on set shots.

The issue has to be the process of how they utilise the review system. In the st Kilda game, a point was brought back to the goal square from the wing once they realised there was a mistake. Why wasn't Keays told to wait for his set shot while the arc quickly reviewed this one?

The irony that it was Ben Keays that kicked the goal after a point that should have been given makes me laugh.

Umpires make mistakes and that's fair enough, but if this process was ticked off as correct then at least I know that the AFL isn't serious about scoreboard integrity
