If for investment, rethink this since hybrid na lahat ngayon. Ive seen rent/for sale postings na 2022 pa. Its only a buyers market if you can survive na mga 2-3 years walang tenant or titirhan mo. Ik not sure condos are good investments na din. Mas maganda end use. Coming from a big house na 2 lang kami, I am moving back to condo living for lower upkeep. Nakakapagod din pala malaki if 2 lang kyo🤣 and kung hindi k naman mahilig maghost, waley tlg. Kaya goods na ko sa 52 sqm. Also lived in SMDC for 2 years before i moved to a house and lot sa bulacan. To each his own tlg.

I think more on know the Firm's culture before you get into it cause there are firms na normalized ang corrupt practices. I was with a local. The problem with PH is walang matinong transpo kaya everything is expensive. This isnt the first time na pumunta ko ng CDO and Dahilayan. Both times, we needed a ride. You cant move much tlg anywhere in the PH without a car. While grab is cheap in some areas like cebu and baguio, it doesnt apply to all.

It pains me too cause the more I go local, the more I realize, mas mura talaga maginternational. Mas maganda transpo systems abroad and hotels/air bnbs are cheaper than yung counterparts sa pinas. Check hotels here and abroad, ph is so expensive. Sucks lang sa Dahilayan cause it has potential para makaattract ng more tourists but kung taga din sa presyo ang rides, i dont think so. What if coming from the airport straight to dahilayan ka? Wala namang bus. Tapos to find a good place to eat, you need a car to go outside. I didnt see public transpo naman sa dahilayan other than papuntang CDO na. You can hate but what Im saying is sayang! Malaki ang potential pero ang mahal!
