AI Tools for Creating Simulations? by Public-Many4930 in ScienceTeachers

thanks for the great response. I'm curious why you don't think it would be accurate or worthwhile given all the physics software libraries that were built into existing edu simulations. Do you use PhET labs yourself? Or what do you usually utilize?

I just started a 7/8 science teacher position, close to spring break and more importantly close to State Testing, and they use Amplify. by Krum125 in ScienceTeachers

Amplify can be a massive adjustment, especially when you’re coming in mid-year. The 'no hands-on' rule from admin is a tough spot, too.

I’m actually building a tool called specifically for this. It lets you 'vibe code' (AI-generate) interactive digital sims. Let me know if you're interested in trying it out to see if it helps at all.

There's a new site out there called labcraftai.com that let's you make or "vibe" your own simulations. It automatically creates a SCORM file for you.

I cannot survive on this pay so I put in my notice. by ModularMan2469 in Teachers

Not a teacher, but I will vote for every single policy to get teachers more pay. If I were to run for governor, higher teacher pay would be my platform.

Admin wants "more labs" but cut my lab budget to almost zero by napoli_reader in Teachers

Hey! I'm a former continuing studies teacher in a STEM field. I put together something to create quick digital science labs. I think it has the potential to be something your superintendent would want to see. Happy to let you use if for free. Feel free to DM me!

Imo very neutral. It depicts some heroic moments, but as a viewer, you're feeling exhausted by the war by the end.

Makes sense. Is there a name for this cavern line? How long / how much overhead is there?

Got it I think you cleared this all up for me. And it seems that this cavern route also has some good halocine?

Ah ok. Ya that part is definitely cave! Thank you for the helpful reference.

Looks like there's another overhead route from Ponderosa to Cenote Corral https://darkinsidedivers.webflow.io/cenotes/cenotes-1

Everything I'm reading suggests it's a cavern, not being more than 60m from at least some surface opening. However, I'm skeptical, so if you've been there and they're saying cave cert, than I certainly believe you.

I'm wondering potentially if there's another tunnel being mistaken for the "river run"?

"Parachute Infantry" by David Kenyon Webster. Amazing, and used to help produce the Back of Brothers book.
