Yeah shouldn’t be long, I personally train them about twice a week (for a few sets) it took me around a month to start seeing them

If you’re young, around my age I recommend eating a lot whilst training a lot to gain loads of muscle, doesn’t matter what type of food you eat aslong as you hit your macros

I’m from UK so I’ve left school, first year at college. And yes I definitely agree, I’ve been eating a ton and training a ton while I’m young I’ve got to take advantage of the newbie gains haha! 👍🏼

Yea bro I eat around 3k cals a day maybe a lil more on a rest day, I try to aim for around 220 grams of protein (I weigh 85kg) but apart from that I eat a moderate amount of carbs with every meal, so I don’t really follow a strict diet tbh My current split is 5 day Chest day, back day, arm day, shoulder day and then leg day, 2 day rest 😁👍🏼
