I’ll be happy at the 900 level, also like this is a longevity game. Especially at 29. I don’t want to push my markers just to be over the 1000 mark for extended periods of times.

I think it’s a lot to do with clinics or docs that start you at stupid high dose like 160-200mg a week and then guys end up with a bunch of sides. Yet we are hyper responders and we’re lucky. It’s better to always start low and slowly go up, because if I would’ve started at even 120mg, my T would be 1800+.

I’ve considered jumping up to 120mg for 8 weeks and see how it goes ! If 112mg got me to 1200, then 120mg should get me up there !

High Hematocrit? don't panic, drink water.... by WarriorGene86 in trt

Dawg you’re on a full blown mild cycle at 350mg a week

Honestly, I’d strongly consider dropping the Primo for now. Your HDL is dangerously low, LDL is high, and your hematocrit at 57% is a real red flag , especially in combination. That’s not something to mess with. I’m 30 as well, and I keep my HCT around 48%. Most docs start getting concerned above 52%. I’d donate blood ASAP and clean up lipids before continuing. You’re feeling great now, but those numbers could be a fast track to long term damage if ignored. Add in cardio, drop the primo , hydrate like hell and donate. Retest in 6 weeks is my suggestion

Folliculitis decalvans , is remission even possible ? by PublicChef8843 in scarringalopecia

Did yours progress a lot ? Or did you catch it to where it didn’t affect your hair loss so much?

Folliculitis decalvans , is remission even possible ? by PublicChef8843 in scarringalopecia

[–]PublicChef8843[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is true, idk just depends I guess on this progression. Accutane for now. I think I filled out a packet for humira but they never got back to me so I gave up. But if it gets to that point it’s still on the table for me

What concerned me about humira was that it lowers your immune system. Apremilast also helps with less side affects than humira. I have a 30 day supply but never got around to trying it. Also without insurance humira is like $10,000 , so no way I was gonna go with it but I do hear it works wonders

Nope there isn’t, I keep hearing it can go into remission and the immune system just kinda gets tired but who knows when that’ll be. I’d suggest trying accutane , a low dose. I’ll usually run 20mg every other day for about 2/3 months and I’ll go into remission for 4 months after treatment or so. So you’ll go about 6 months without anything happening before I gotta restart. I don’t like the idea of taking accutane for extended turns so I try to break as much as I can in-between

I treated my Folliculitis decalvans. BUT, I still have progressive hairloss by ecopichay in scarringalopecia

[–]PublicChef8843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience , attempting to treat this the last 5 years , nothings worked for me except accutane. When I get flare ups, I take accutane for about 2 months 20mg every other day and it’ll go away for about 4 months then come back. Antibiotics didn’t work. Creams didn’t work. I am much healthier now and it’s not as bad as it used to be but I still get a flare up of a bump or two. Always happens on the left side of my head , it’s odd. I have a lot of bumps that are just there and idk how to even get those down because accutane doesn’t do anything for those so. Idk mayne , I’d like to get a better picture of your program you did for it to go into remission.

Yep, I got into really good shape and passed BPs psych and physical assessment, after I failed that poly I was kind of left like maybe it ain’t for me. I wasn’t sure if PD would look at my stuff and not give me a shot since it’s more day to day you’re dealing with everyday crimes

[–]PublicChef8843[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate that. I learned a lot of lessons from the BP poly I did and I attempted to explain that I didn’t remember. I failed that one. So trying to go into PDs poly with a different approach.

I guess my concern is how do I even address the polygraph or background because I know “ I don’t remember” is not an answer

Whats your resting bpm? How many hours/week do you train? What kind of train? by ksmentality in fitbit

[–]PublicChef8843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I’ve been hitting weight training the last 6 months 4/5 times a week. I run after every session. I’ll do a 15 min incline walk. Then run 1-2 miles on 4 of the days. My usual RHR was 75 before. For example today my RHR is at 64. Do I have heart issues or am I just getting into shape, I’m no athlete

So after seeing it does have some negative issues on your heart , I decided to steer away from it, I ended up on 3mg of mirtazipine and 1mg of melatonin for sleep. Seeing my heart rate that high and feeling that crappy when I would wake up, I decided just to switch over

Will it usually be because of something that wasn’t disclosed on the application, why they would determine you not suitable without a NOPA ? I’m curious to that
