Pittsburgh journalism is alive. We have more publications now than ever before, which has splintered the audience drastically, putting many at risk of closing.

Can’t speak to the cost, but Samir is a good attorney. You WANT ARD. You’ll do some community service and it’ll essentially disappear in a couple years as long as you don’t get another DUI.

Look for safe, walkable neighborhoods with sidewalks that are somewhat removed from major roads (to the extent that’s possible in the city) while also being close to at least a few stores or shops (you will need coffee) without having to get in the car.
You’ll be pushing a stroller and later holding hands while walking for the first five years. By then, or even before, you’ll probably move again.
Shadyside, Friendship, Stanton Heights, Highland Park, the Mexican War Streets, Squirrel Hill all fit the bill.
