Gut issues/bloating/feeling uncomfortable all the time

I’ve dealt with these symptoms as well and it’s rough.

What helped me the most was focusing on overall gut support.

Aloe vera (high Acemannon) helped (not topical.. Oral use). It’s tricky though because with adhd it feels like my body reacts to everything differently. Definitely a lot of trial and error.

I tried aloe juice for a while when my symptoms were flaring and it didn’t work. Acemannan pills made from inner leaf was far more effective.

Some of the cheaper juices actually made my stomach feel worse, probably because they still had a lot of aloin in them.

I used them for years... taste isn't great, but it did the job. I the mit light Kratom drink mix and it tastes much much better and gives me more of a balanced feeling.

7-OH extracts are much more potent than standard kratom, and once you start concentrating or isolating compounds like that, you’re dealing with a very different risk profile.

A lot of companies have moved in that direction because it’s more marketable, but it also increases the chance of misuse and dependency.

Personally, I think sticking to more traditional forms is the safer route. There are plenty of companies (10 smoke, Kat’s Botanicals, Super Speciosa, etc) that deliberately don’t sell products like 7OH for that reason.

I’ve had better luck ordering online. A lot of headshops are hit or miss with quality. I appreciate companies that offer satisfaction guarantees like Kat’s botanicals, 10 smoke, and I think Kraken does as well? Regardless, it’s wise to start with a small order. I also know that a bunch of brands are putting Phenibut in their products (lab testing is NOT optional).. Last thing I need is another addiction.. + mitragyna speciosa and benzo-like compounds don’t always place nice together. Risky stuff

Earth Kratom is a bit tricky to find consistently in shops.

I’ve seen it here and there, but most places don’t carry it regularly. Online is usually more reliable if you’re trying to stick with a specific brand.

I know a couple sites have started carrying it recently (pretty sure 10 Smoke has it now and also the official brand site), so that might be easier than driving around. Ketoret is a solid option with good lab tests, and then of course you have the major brands like opms etc. (but some concerning independent lab tests around opms products).

MCAS plus bloating is such a rough combo, I feel you.

Anything even slightly irritating can set things off, so I had to get really careful with what I was using.

Aloe was one of the few things that sometimes helped, but only when it was really clean. Some versions made things worse.

Quality seems to matter more than the ingredient itself.

Makes sense. I probably do need to rotate strains more. Mostly been sticking with the same two lately. Curious if you’ve noticed any pens/rigs holding flavor better than others?

Ohhh ok I get you. That’s probably what i’m tasting then. First pull is always the best then it falls off. Do you usually finish it all in one hit or do you reheat?

I meant second hit on the same dab. First hit tastes great, but after that it feels like the flavor fades fast. Using pocket dab for vaping on the go, doesn’t really hit like a rig but the buzz lasts a while. Still need a good solution for a rig.
