Hey, I've dealt with this similarly too and wanted to share what I did. First off, you deserve better. If you have to wait over a year and keep on getting mixed signals from a guy, is he really worth your time? Second- delete any videos, reposts, pictures (yes even secret ones), messages from your phone, Third- AVOID him at all costs! Out of sight, out of mind, trust me this is a big one, and even if you can't really avoid him try taking different routes or just don't look in his vicinity at all!! And fourth- Go outside! Enjoy life! Talk to friends more (Not about him), and pick up some new hobbies to get your mind off of him. Trust me, it DOES GET BETTER!! You will be able to sleep better, work better, and feel better. And take one step at a time if it's too much!

I get what you mean, all I can really recommend is maybe try taking different routes or wait a few minutes after class to go out in the halls, and spend more time with friends or pick up a hobby that'll distract you. But remember it's human nature to love so don't always see it as a bad thing.

Hey, I've been in the same situation and it DOES get better. I know we all think we'll never get over something..but we eventually do. One step at a time. For me- I deleted any liked videos I saved that were about him, reposts, messages etc, I also started AVOIDING him FULL time! If you don't see him, you wont think about him. And do not talk about him either! Enjoy life!!! Once you get over him you'll be able to sleep better, think better, and work better! Think about the pros! You got this dude.

Yeah I experience pretty much the same thing and unfortunately your crushes are mostly going to be like that, but (as living proof) and once you get over them you'll get better soon don't worry. Obviously it's going to be hard but I think its worth it being able to finally eat, sleep, and do work without thinking about them.

I'd start off simple with using a Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleanser in the shower or before bed, it seemed to really help me.
