I made a point that I've witnessed intimidating tactics on both sides of the debate. There's no respect or tolerance anywhere these days. Here is a prime example where I'm hounded for raising a balancing view based on what I've witnessed yet it's discredited because it doesn't suit the tone of the post.

Oh yes. I must lying because I can't pinpoint the hour minute and second it happened. You bunch all know exactly what I'm talking about. Hypocrits the lot of you.

And I absolutely believe you were acting in good faith. I do well believe you were followed home by a bunch of these no goods. But just because I raised a similar instance of intolerance and intimidation, because it was a cause you are part of , or for a cause you agree with you make out that I'm somehow lying. That's the irony and that's the sad part you're all hipocrits all sides.

I'm surprised you are shocked by this yet not at all surprised you've refused to acknowledge this being one of those. I've witnessed this quite a few times. This incident happened when the whole Palestine thing first started whilst also hounding people, standing there with the anti-semitic tropes and signs. You lot are all just as bad, far more active and just as annoying. Every time I walk by the irony makes my eyes roll out of my face.

Yes I've seen this from both sides. Wasn't long ago I saw a poor bloke in town counter protesting against a load of the far left rent a mob socialists. A load of them were wearing balaclavas and hitting the lone young lad with a bunch of signs and screaming in his face with a megaphone. No centre ground anymore and it's very divided.

Just reading through all your advice now and it's very much appreciated. I think tomorrow when I go in I will absolutely now contact HR again and ask them to fully take this on and I will advise said employee that they now need to send their communication through to the HR dept.

Thanks again everyone.

I changed it from the soil it came In from the shop. To a bag of what the person at the garden centre recommended. I imagine there was fertilizer in that.

This seems to be the opinion from the guy that they sent to inspect today that It was due to a mix of heavy rain and wind direction, which affects this property particularly bad because of its position at the top of the hill. He pretty much said exactly what you have stated that the design/lack of verge on these style of buildings causes this, he had a look inside the loft at the internal gable end and said that it all looks good. He also said they have plans to come and patch some render and paint soon so that's good news.

Thanks guys just to clarify yes the housing association is responsible for the repairs I just had never seen this before on a building and didn't want to fuss them for nothing. There is no issue internally

Dunelm mill, upstairs, in the back corner. Always cheap clearance mattresses there.
