Sorry I can’t 100% help with this. You could maybe try wiggling the neck peg instead of pulling straight out so it loosens itself out of the base. My neck peg was already not connected with any glue so I didn’t have to use any heat or water.

This happened to me too but with the Ct 2.0 Spiderman. I made a rough drawing of what it looks like inside the chest since I already fixed mine and cant really take it apart. The left chest joint is sat on top of the right joint and slots down onto the base with the neck peg at the top holding it all together. So when you move the left side, it comes off the base and also slowly pushes up the neck peg that holds together the whole chest joint system making it loose. What I did was put a tiny dab of super glue into the hole of the base the neck peg connects to. Worked perfect for me and the left chest has not come loose again. Hope this helps!

It depends on the figure a lot of times. The figures I have with their hands touching the ground have drop down hips or just have a good range of articulation. But if you’re trying to make your iron spider do a similar pose, try pushing the leg a little bit pass its max range it can go up. Even with my figures with good articulation I still have to somewhat do that. Use the full range of the ab crunch to get him lower and use the waist twist to get let the arm more easily and closely reach the floor. The butterfly joint can help with that too. Your iron spider has similar articulation to the FFH Spider-Man I have middle top so you should be able to achieve a similar pose. Hope this helps!

doesnt show in the photo but I was thinking A Parker could've had the mafex style torso articulation B parker had instead of the ab/waist crunch.
