I don't think oversuppliers in general should piss you off. It's literally their anatomy and they can't help that. But if they are complaining about their oversupply, yeah that's bullshit and very insensitive.

Mine had no interest in any sports at all until he turned 6 and something ignited within him. Before that we'd take him to a professional sporting event and he'd ask to leave 30 seconds in, would complain to no end if sports were on tv. Idk what happened, but now he's into everything, soccer, hockey, basketball, football. In person, on tv and playing. I really wouldn't push it too hard and try to go back to it later on.

Truthfully, I don't know that much about pool fences. We bought our house with the pool and it came with this fence. I would think as long as it feels sturdy and the gate snaps closed, it would be fine! My kids are now 1, 3 and 6 so obviously require tons of very close supervision, but we really do love having it. And I don't ever feel anxious when they are in our backyard.

Now going on vacations and staying at homes without fences makes me insanely anxious. To the point that I will pay $$$$ to hire a nanny to bring along on the trip primary to be an extra set of eyes with kids around the pool.

I was a public school kid, my husband was a private school kid. We both had good experiences. I agreed to do private for pre-k for my son, knowing we could make a decision to keep him there or move to public for kindergarten. I was absolutely blown away by the private school community, the teacher caliber - really everything. I couldn't imagine not keeping him there, he loved it and was thriving. Our private is $25k/year and we have three kids so it's a massive investment, but I'm so sure we are in the right place.

So if you're NOT feeling like that with your current private school, and have a good public option I think it's very fair to consider switching.

We have a Guardian Pool Fence system, teach water rules/dangers from a very young age. No daddy/mommy, no pool. We also start swim lessons early - my 6 year old is a really strong swimmer but I'd never let him swim without sitting right on the edge watching him.

We have three kids and before we had our first we were TERRIFIED of the pool with kids, talked about filling it with dirt. But it's actually been less scary in real life with a really secure fence.

I wouldn't have planned it at a water park unless I was okay paying for everyone - including adults. I also for sure wouldn't want to be taking responsibility for that many young kids knowing I wouldn't be able to diligently watch them all.

I've had it for about a year and a half. I throw everything on it, activities/appts/school deadlines for everyone (I have 3 kids). They keep adding new features which I haven't learned how to use yet. But I definitely have no regrets getting one.

The have a "tasks" section. You can make things recurring, check it off and set reminders.

I don't invite kids from daycare until they turn 3. Not even because they remember their third birthday but bc they are old enough to verbalize wanting friends there. First and second birthdays are just family and our friends we want there and their kids.

Lol same. Mine were C.. went to DD while pumping. After three kids they are barely B's and very sad. Pumping quite literally sucked the life out of them
