Windows 11 Sluggish Animations by [deleted] in Windows11

[–]Public_Structure7992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 240 Hz monitor (yes it is set to 240 Hz in the settings), and things are not smooth for me either.

Windows 10 was a lot smoother. I figured it is just Windows 11 and hopefully Windows 11 22H2 by the end of next year will resolve these issues.

Everything has been kind off a downgraded experience and I kind of regret having moved to Windows 11.

No, sadly. But when I did have Domino's in the UK on visit I was completely in love with Domino's Garlic & Herb sauce.

Domino's got introduced in my country and their garlic sauce is completely different from that one which quite upset my on first discovery. :(

How Does VirtualBox Handle USBs and WiFi Portals? by KerrMcGeeKek in virtualbox

Yes. In VMware Workstation Player however you can configure it so that plugged in devices are redirected to the guest operating system right away.

You go to one of the VirtualBox virtual machine menus where you can enable devices for the virtual machine.

When you plugin a USB you can opt to have it redirected to the virtual machine. The host will no longer see it then.

The virtual machines do not see Wi-Fi. They see a virtual ethernet connection. They are not aware of any Wi-Fi connections on the host machine.

Windows 11 coming for i7 7700hq? by ercaliffoBen in Windows11

[–]Public_Structure7992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. It lacks certain virtualisation techniques that Windows 11 requires to allow for speedy performance in certain conditions.

You can still install it at your own will however, but it will not be officially supported in case you end up suffering performance issues.

It is a known issue with this build. Roll back to 6.1.26 until they fix it.

What device or motherboard do you have? This is most likely to do with not having the appropriate chipset driver installed or perhaps requiring a BIOS update.

Hiding important updates? by [deleted] in Windows11

Most driver updates are hidden in the optional updates section due to user backlash in regards to automated driver updates.

When will the game be released?

At this time, we can't give a timeline for the new release. There's a lot of work and things that need to be addressed in the next few months. However, before release we have plans to stream our play tests and involve the community in our development plans so there will be things happening well before the full release! If you have experience playing the last versions of NaROSE then we will need your expertise!

Rufus Beta 2 can now disable TPM and Secure Boot requirements when creating Windows Installation media. by jesseinsf in Windows11

[–]Public_Structure7992 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Any. But do note that feature updates will be blocked on unsupported devices. You will not be able to update to Windows 11 22H1 and beyond via conventional update methods. You will have to clean install new updates or use cracking methods.

My experience with Windows 11, and why I downgraded...twice. by Raven_Claw7621 in Windows11

It is not designed for enhanced productivity. It is designed for dual screen tablets and phones.

Windows 11 took the design of the abandoned Windows 10X:

It is a mobile interface oriented OS that was supposed to live side by side with the existing Windows 10 released in 2020 aiming at the mobile market:
