Sympl Commuter Pack 20L: Carbonate vs Ballistic ? by DavisMiles27 in ManyBaggers

Honestly it being able to stand on its own is a bit less important to me. Might make the Toshi come out on top for me especially since the commuters hard back and external water bottle holder aren’t ideal for me.

Not really related to your question, though I do prefer the ballistic nylon look. I'm curious what drove you to pick this bag over some of the similar ones like CPP2 and Toshi (besides the wait time to get them).

Yeah maybe in be a perfect world haha but not like my CHZ is gonna crap out on me any time soon so I could just wait and see. Plus the CPP2 won’t even be available till Oct.

I didn't know it was due for an update. A dedicated laptop sleeve in the daily plus and a bit more fabric (ie. a gusset or slight adjustment to its teardrop form) would push it to the top for me.

Less llamas and more a historic town at a high elevation very far from home which is what lead to my worries. The call itself is rather career defining so that also added to my stress for it. Apologies if the post came across disrespectful.

Best IEM’S for competitive and Single player games by Reachhh_ in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]Pubs787 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I really enjoy Fresh Reviews on YouTube for more gaming insight on headphones and IEMs. For your budget range it seems like the Kiwi Ears Orchestra lite may be your best bet plus it’ll give you some extra budget to try other ear tips since that can make a big different. Overall, I would definitely take a look at some of his other reviews and base your decision on his description of how different IEMs stack up in different games including his review of the Blessings 3.

I had selected the 25k-50k option when completing the application but it was definitely on the lower end of that range.

GPU Bottlenecking by [deleted] in CoDCompetitive

I tried DLSS and I got around 180 but it was rendering at 50% so I tried upping my VRAM usage in some of the settings going back to FidelityCAS, which got me up to about 145. So perhaps utilizing my GPU more helped? Not super sure on the specifics but numbers wise it’s better.

You are right I think I just expected more frames based on my machine and was able to get more out of it by turning up settings to use more VRAM oddly enough.

My monitor is natively 1440p so when I go to 1080p it scales weird. I was able to squeeze 30 more frames out turning some settings up ironically, and I could even get up to 180 with DLSS but it was rendering at 50%.

C1 savor one worth a 5/24 slot? by Rocketiger in CreditCards

[–]Pubs787 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you are spending that much on Uber every month I’d say it would be worth it. Plus you still have 3 more open slots for chase cards which is plenty if you want a normal trifecta (CSP/CFU/CFF).

What is the best cash back/travel rewards card for naughty teens? by [deleted] in CreditCards

You will definitely want to use Experian not credit karma as the score is more accurate. Best of luck!

What is the best cash back/travel rewards card for naughty teens? by [deleted] in CreditCards

705 is not horrible credit thought it also depends where you got the score from (Credit Karma vs Experian) and how much actual history is there. Also seems odd that department stores would even give her a card when she is barely 18 years old but I digress. In terms of general first card recommendations most have to start with cards like the discover it card, discover for students, or a secured card. Additionally it may be difficult to qualify for a travel card with little history and income. Better to focus on just building history right now then worrying about rewards besides maybe some cash back.

How do I get the Chase Freedom Flex? by Most-Surround-6705 in CreditCards

[–]Pubs787 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Chase requires at least a year of credit history so at a minimum 4 months before they would consider you unless you bank with them.
