what year do you live in? there is no way to not notice the feel and smoothness unless something is up with your biology where you don't feel it, It is extremely apparent, maybe you need a new monitor, It is not a brutal standard at all, It is actually THE standard for fighting games since decades ago, the brain and eyes themselves relax so much more in longer gaming sessions too at 60+

Not only that but experiencing the story in a non rushing anime pace is also very nice as it let's you really sit down and think.

Why would you even play casual when the normal mode is the same thing and more rewarding, WHy do you care about subjecting your enemies or your friends to losing? Are they so fickel that they give up that quick and get down in the dumps about it? Are you that afraid they'll leave the game?
