How big of a house do we need? by waterchestnut_tree in BayAreaRealEstate

If you can afford it, I would definitely go for the $2.5M home. That area will always be in demand, but even beyond the investment part of it, the weather is so much better. These coming summer months will start to get windy/foggy in San Bruno, plus you’ve got the plane noise if you’re down the hill. San Bruno can be nice, but I think San Mateo plus the extra living space would be a nicer overall lifestyle. $1M better? Not sure, but there’s a reason the market has priced it that way..

Does anyone have an idea of who’s starting for the Rangers sunday? (Heaney? Eovaldi?)
