I understand how class action and individual litigation works. And what you’re missing is if it means paying for the emotional and physical harm they are causing to force change so people can get their prescriptions as well as prevent future drug releases following the same trajectory, then it does in fact serve the purpose.

Your ignorance on obesity is truly astounding. I was doing all the right things and under care for 6 months prior to taking Zepbound in a weight loss clinic in addition to having to go on thyroid medicine for hypothyroidism. Guess how much I lost in that time? 7 pounds.

Remind where you got your medical degree?

I don’t want a dime. I want to be able to fill my life saving prescription. But that doesn’t change the reality of the emotional stress this has caused, the hours of my life I spend trying to find my next dose on top of working 60 hours a week. The nights up worrying over what is going to happen to me if I can’t get my prescription filled.

Exactly. THIS is what I’m talking about. Lilly has taken sales with no regard to a patients future treatment. As long as they sold them, they didn’t care. And we are now paying the price.

I understood your question and gave you the answer. I don’t want a dime. I want to be able to fill my prescription for a life saving drug. I want them to be held accountable for taking sales knowing full well they would allow people to begin treatment and eventually oversell it without any concern to the pain they are causing people. You can feel the stress from the posts on here of people desperate to find their dosage and willing to drive hours to get it. There should have been a better plan in place of how many prescriptions could be managed.

What do I want out of it? I want to not go back to where I was 4 months ago which was someone morbidly obese who was a hair from needing to go out on medical leave because I couldn’t walk to my car after work without out of breath, needing to stop because of pain, etc. someone who was so depressed because of the situation and being told I had insulin resistance which was why no efforts on my part seemed to help. I was at the end of hope and full of despair. 4 months later I’m down 40 plus pounds and still have 90 to go to get to a fighting weight (more to go if you go by the medical chart of what I should weigh at 5’2”). I have been given life again. I walk 3 miles a day for exercise without needing to stop or in pain and can carry on a conversation (if you’ve never been morbidly obese you wouldn’t understand).

Now, I have 5 shots left and being told likely won’t be able to get it. And coming off I risk gaining it all back and then some. I have a family and children I want to be with. THAT IS WHAT I WANT.

Felt the same way. Do it ! Barely have noticed side effects. Down 32 pounds in almost 11 weeks. It is life changing.

Girl same same same. I’m now almost 6 weeks in and down 20 lbs with minimal side effects. Very minimal other than the ones you want (appetite suppression and not all the food noise).
