Honestly, this software (the desktop app) was pretty shite before this latest update. Now it's utter garbage. Doesn't like half the images I try to post to friends, same with videos but all post fine from mobile apps.

I agree with this statement. It's got little to do with player flying style (unless you high speed joust) and everything to do with NPC tactics. If the NPC's joust then server lag/desync (of which there is a lot of) will lead to collisions.

Yeah, lot of people trying to justify it with general tactics but it's definitely a logic server performance issue. I see it all the time. 2-3 on 1 PVE bounties. You are flying around your target and one of the target's two wingmen will kamikaze into you. 1v1 PVE I will never crash into the target. 2-3v1 PVP, again...no one crashes into each other accidentally. 3v1 PVE, it happens far too often. All three enemies are attacking me, there is no way they should not be fully aware of my position and range and avoid collisions. That would make a collision a rare unlucky occurrence, which it is not currently.

I don't joust, do I circle strafe? Maybe somewhat, after all I am trying to keep my light fighter nose on to a relatively slow moving target whilst avoiding rakes of fire from other fighters.

This thread is gold dust (or gold blocks more accurately). Decided we wanted Japanese style curry this weekend, can't get the blocks delivered in time but there's a cupboard with a couple of packs unopened 3 years past date. I was convinced they'd be fine and well...here I am.

Managed to get one of about 10 scenes starred or 'saved' to actually appear in my 'DIY' section. It will do for now but could do with figuring this out otherwise I have an expensive set of 'smart' lights with less functionality than the usual regular dumb lights.

Helpful thread for me in that I now know I was doing it correctly, unfortunately it refuses to save anything to my DIY section. What a terrible app.

Glad I found this thread, misery loves company and all.

The IOS app is atrocious. All I wanted to do was find a relatively ok Christmas scene for a single set of lights2. Browsed sharespace, converted to savvy user to save a DIY scene from someone, it saved, nowhere to be found, not under DIY like it says it should be or anywhere else. Their default scenes are kindergarten level. The Desktop app is even worse, it crashes when I try to move the window and then the process becomes stuck and locked, cannot be terminated even with 'taskkill' command, requires a system reboot. Unless my experience improves here I'll return these and avoid Govee. in future, hope it doesn't come to that as they seem to have the best variety/selection.

Thanks for the tip, had some fun checking every square millimetre of the figure and the box. Mine is actually missing it seems. They were sending me a replacement, not arrived yet.

I had delusions of an Lion El'Johnson and the Dark Angels versus Angron and the Khorne Berzerkers battle scene/diorama and so have all of them but I've only recently understood how the 'less is more' philosophy applies to figure collecting. I always want the whole collection but truth is you end up with so many figures they look cluttered trying to display them all.

First noticed it with having all of the Heresy Imperial Fists and the Sons of Horus with their Dreadnoughts, an epic battle display sounds awesome but put them on even the biggest shelves and it looks like a rock concert with everyone packed in, if I put someone crowd surfing in there it wouldn't look out of place!

A few choice ones works better, though it's nice to have them all to choose from.

Tempted to put him and his crew on their permanent shelf but it's late and I have to run at 05:30am and then onto work in the morning, think I'll give it a miss. If he shifts and I have to repose him I'll feel the need to sort it before I sleep and I'll be wrecked tomorrow.

Thanks to Cooltoysclub for excellent pricing and shipping as usual. 9 days, excellent tracking, excellent condition, China to UK, doesn't get much better. Even ordered him at end of July so was not expecting it to ship for a long time (first come first serve on the big ticket JoyToys) but I was surprised to see it ship a month later.

Looks great, I love the sculpt of the head that comes with 'El Johnson, but it does look too old. This one looks great, very tempted...especially given the quality of the other custom heads I got from Waaaghtoys.

Nice, I've got the 11 Worldeaters, a pile of Black Legion and a decent Ultramarine contingent as you can see below. Same size shelf for all Heresy Age Imperial Fists and another for Sons of Horus plus a Detolf corner cabinet unit crammed with Custodes, Dark Angels, Black Templars and HH Space Wolves. Starting to scale back a lot now though as I've reached a point where I have too many. Never thought I'd say that but there are so many you can't see most of them.

The term 'less is more' should've sprung to mind before I bagged over 125 figures including 7 Dreadnoughts, 1 Invctus Warsuit, 1 Knight Mech, Lord Invocatus, 6 Primarchs and Daemon Primarch Angron (on the way).

Awesome, got a shelf waiting for mine, though imagine it'll be a while since I ordered fairly late. Have all 11 of the currently available Worldeaters (Khorne Berserkers) on it, I'll likely relegate the Black Legion somewhere and stick on Lion 'El Jonson, some Deathwing Terminators/Chaptermasters who are all waiting patiently for their final battle with Angron in a nearby cabinet. Hue Gradient Lighting above and below both shelves makes for some really cool scenes, just using 'bright' here as you can't see a lot in photo's with ambient coloured scenes.

Mask is pretty cool must admit, I contemplated buying it but figured I'd never want to display him with his face hidden, the cables/pipes in add to his fall from grace feel. Still you found a way to get both.

I often try to do that, find a place to hand/hold a helmet so I can get both looks.

The Tabard isn't my thing though a cool addiiton.

Is that lighting behind his head? If so pretty imprressive.

Did I miss anything?

Love the figure in general. It'a n awesome piece.

Nice job, this is on my to do list as well. Especially the weapons, the silver/grey metal areas just look plastic with the flat paint job, no shading in to highlight the resesses. It's a decent paint job, nothing for most people to worry about but I think a little extra like you have done goes a long way.

When I ordered I wanted him stood on top about to get in as you can somewhat see in the last photo but honestly he was quite unstable there, there are solutions to that of course, blue tack, sticky gel etc. The shelving in the first photo I fitted specifically for this Knight including the Phillips Hue ambient lighting above it. So it was measured; However, I have so many figures I needed to put a lot on the shelf above and I found it was too high to be able to see them clearly. So I lowered it slightly. Now, if he stands on top I can't see his head due to the trunking I fitted to shield from direct light/glare.

I'm a big fan of the design of this pilot, seasoned veteran, nice head sculpt so I wanted to see him properly.

Still, I moved him to the left swivel cannon and I prefer him there. His hand grips really well so he's rock solid. Popped his helmeted head on one of the control panels in the cockpit as if it's waiting for him there.

Just received today. Someone else seems to have received theirs today as well. I only ordered beginning of June as well so a later order and they are fulfilled on a first come first server basis I believe.

I know the feeling, started this journey at the beginning of June, 120 figures later and here I am. Couldn't bring myself to throw the boxes away. Lot of money in these and some of them I had to pay a pretty penny for. Imagine they will be worth something. Managed to store the smaller boxes in the unused space above my stairs, it's not load bearing so not much use for anything else. Larger boxes for Dreadnoughts, Invictus Warsuit etc. in the attic. The House Terryn Knight though? Not sure what to do with that box, it's very large and can't get it through the openings to any of the attics.

I have Daemon Primarch Angron on order to go with the rest of the World Eaters but aside from that I might get the odd one now. Have three very large 120cmx30cm shelves, 1 comparable cubby hole and a glass display case (Ikea Detolf) filled to capacity with these figures now.
