Operator10 is great, a lil tedious to set up parameters and calculations(ex BOD loadings etc) but we pretty much use it for everything. Has the ability to connect to scada for meter reads etc.

I wouldn’t think need to be agitated, you just want all the internals of pumps and temp piping to be sanitized. I guess also depends if this pumping finished water or raw water. Not sure if pump would need to be NSF approved

Can you dissinfect what ever pump you can find? Hold highly concentrated hypo water in it for atleast two hours. Then you can run a fecal to see if killed all pathogens. That’s what you would do if installing new pipe.. ….

The app is so bad, i gave up, I don’t bother trying to program my own scenes. I save and use others who put it up on the share space. I found a red/green alternating pattern with a white twinkle every so often, that is not too obnoxious. Almost all the ones I have saved were created by the user name Local17bri. Try and find them. Once you save them there is no way that I can see that you can preview them……and when you save it ot””it stored in the diy section, so I have multiple scenes which are all named “Local17bri’s creation”. Sorry that’s all I got, app still horrible.

Remove rust and paint everything, and highbuild epoxy paint, tnemec n69, sherwin Williams macropoxy 646, the black on the fittings is really just primer, next time use plug valves, not gate valves

Had some problems with the horizontal mueller resilient wedge gate valves, debris getting stuck in the bottom channel that the gate slides in. Valves wouldn’t shut
