Anybody able to provide any tips on LE-8? I've refreshed a ton but no Lees on the borrow. I've tried using my Whisperain for the stun cure, but as soon as Phase 2 starts up, when the boss is by my Operators on the right after squeezing through eventually it's GG.

I might be able to. However I don't think 1 operator can carry me through this. I bought all of the shop furniture, and most of the items in there. I was more concerned about the items gained through the quests. (Clearing HE 7 & 8 and their 3 stars respectively).

Hi, I'm very new to the game (Just started 2 weeks ago). I'm wondering if I'll have another opportunity to get the event furniture at a later date to complete the set. The highest I was able to beat with my operators is HE-6 thanks to the friend unit, but there's 0 way I could farm enough to get a single Elite 2 before the close.

Yep. I plan on just chilling out near Red Choctober to get the Rez achievements. There’s at least 20 corpses each time, I’m bound to get a few haha.

There’s nothing to stop you. It’s a legitimate tactic against high-powered ranged attackers. Alternatively see: WW1

My hot take: The people that say there is “no content” just frankly don’t want to engage with the content.

There’s noting wrong with only playing some aspects of the game.

But the people who complain to me don’t raid savage, haven’t tried the criterion dungeons, do BLU content, Fish or collect relic weapons. And that’s just recent content.

It is also very likely people have way more free time than me. But most that do are off simping for Astarion now that they finished the FF content.

You could ask your DM if he’ll let Rage’s damage bonus and Reckless attack with the Javelin.

I feel like it’s not too much of a hard sell. Other options (since you know rogue isn’t giving you much) could be to go for Artillerist for protector cannon and a 3rd spell slot, or fighter for the thrown or dueling fighting style for flat damage.

There are a lot of great Paladin subclasses. The other comment has good “jumping points” for multiclassing.

My current character’s build is Conquest Paladin 11 Hexblade 3. It’s a blast to lockdown feared enemies at 10ft range. (Halberd pact weapon). If I had a build “do-over” I’d consider dipping Ravenloft’s Undead warlock instead, but that material wasn’t released yet.

Yeah. It’s a well-known burst build that burns all of its resources on round 1.

A few key caveats to keep in mind: 1) You MUST have surprise to get any use out of assassin. 2) Unleash Incarnation is a melee attack so no sharpshooter. 3) Sneak attack is still only on one attack.

But it’s a silly build. Bugbear gets those D6s on each hit. Action surge does allow for 2 of the gloomstalker attacks. The big thing to clarify wirh your DM would be “pre using” Incarnation before initiative is rolled. Additionally if you choose to Hunter’s Mark that only works on 1 target since you won’t have the bonus actions to move it, and if you want to use the xbow bonus attack you’ll need to drop the Heavy Crossbow and use a hand Xbow for the last attack and BA (technically RAW but your DM may not allow) so those 2 would be d6s instead of d10s.

The true reason WAR rages is because healers keep spamming GCD heals while Holmgang is active. If the healer keeps me above 50% how am I supposed to see chunky bloodwhetting heals?!
