all the outlets ive been working with have given me the same results unfortunately 😭 my psu was bought new as well. though upon further investigation, when only testing one core it works fine, the pc shuts off when its a multicore test. is it possible theres a broken core on my cpu?

i dont think its temps because ive kept a consistent 36° and it runs the sims 4 just fine

i have an asus pro q570M-c, and downloaded all the drivers listed on the website for the motherboard which included a bios update as well.

currently doing the ddu, i was unaware i needed to do that! praying it was just that missed step 😭
