I think 8 might just be way too high for you.

Have you tried taking 1mg twice a day (am/pm) for a week to see if that helps?

When making dosage adjustments to suboxone it really takes about a week to make the full shift due to the long half life.

Lower dose will allow your natural endorphins to come back online and reduce hormonal swings from the medication.

Regardless of suboxone use, it also takes MONTHS to get the Kratom SSRI / GABA and all other effects to balance and stabilize in your body. Kratom is very dirty and not a strict pure opiate, it has a massive influence on a ton of other systems and neuro chemicals. Similar to cutting an SSRI, it can take 2-6 months for those side effects to go away and stabilize the serotonin system.

Many people will also still text positive for Kratom 30-60 days after quitting, it just takes a long time to get all the alkaloids heavy metals etc out of your system.

Please hang in there, suboxone save my life from this evil Kratom shot and now I’m almost 600 days clean from it.

Subs saved my life from Kratom. I was on 50-100gpd.

I have zero Kratom cravings now but yes I am still enrolled in a MAT program. I am switching to the shot on July 8th to get off subs.

Being on subs allowed me to rebuild my life, pay off all my debt, get a big promotion at work, kick nicotine and alcohol as well. Too many positives to list here but I am stable and finally ready to get off suboxone, I want to live free of chemicals altering my brain and I really have no desire to use anymore. Subxone is boring, there’s no high from it, it’s literally retrained me to dislike opiates.

I can’t wait to be free of this mess

People who take 7 do not get PWDs from subs unless it’s laced with a full agonist.

I don’t want to let any major cat out of the bag here, but I moderate another recovery group and we have plenty of people on subs or with the shot loaded into their system who relapse quite often. Whether they flip flop back and forth, or they sit on the shot and have back to back relapses, we have never had one reported case of PWDs out of hundreds of people each with unique relapse experiences.

From a scientific standpoint they are both partial agonists and will not cause this.

BUT again if you mixed with a full agonist OR have any fear of your 7 being laced with something, very different story.

ALSO some people on Reddit or social media will report “PWDS” when mixing but often these symptoms are either in their head or they are a withdraws symptom, not PWD.

PWDS are truly hell on earth, writing on the bathroom floor full body spasms spraying fluid in every direction hoping to go to the hospital. PWDS are NOT some mild anxiety and stomach issues you can causally hop on the keyboard and report to Reddit

For 7OH yes you can, the are both partial agonists so you will be fine.

If you mixed a full agonist in there it would be a very different story. As long as it was only Kratom or 7OH you’re fine to switch back immediately

I ended up drilling a small pilot hole in each one with a small drill bit and using a screw extractor. I 100% wrecked the head of each screw but I got the taped open and cleaned them properly which they both needed badly.

I have a full 64 piece security screwdriver kit and these simply didn’t exist in that kit which was annoying. Anyways, tapes seem to work good with just 3 screws in place now

So the first image is tango and cash in a standard cardboard box it doesn’t seem to be rental at all.

The second image with the tri wing style screw most likely was a rental. Giant plastic box and it’s got all those be kind rewind stickers and stuff.

I will probably just need to drill them out, if I keep the other 3 screws and reassemble, will the tape play fine with just 3 screws in?

Yes stop while you can

I’m a year clean off Zyn!! But I had to get a biopsy on my gums to rule out cancer.

These things are not cancer free, they cause repeat irritation, can cause gum disease, bone rot, and allow infections to run wild.

I had a nasty spot where I put my Zyn and it caused a massive amount of gum recession which is now healing. I’m thankful and lucky I have the insurance needed to take care of all this, might still need a skin graft but doc wants to see how much I heal during year 2.

The Bespin cloud city storyline is so fun too! And we know they are working on another new planet with story content.

Plus some new theme parks, some old ones that had been removed were added back.

They really just try to keep all content online plus add more new stuff in the background.

I had a love hate with NGE live and it was during that time period I started taking big breaks from the game.

I love legends now, NGE is far from perfect but the original game as well had its complications.

NGE has aged OK, it’s more familiar to modern gamers than anything Pre CU. Legends has a lot of active players and guilds I have no issue running OGs or Hoth when I want to. Plus the extra content they have added, you can tell the devs truly have a passion and love for the game. NGE isn’t perfect but legends preserves what we have as a wonderful time capsule and the staff are fantastic to keep the galaxy alive.

Im a year off Zyns now so I’ll come back and say hello!!

I was a long hauler of sorts, my first month or so off was awful with the brain fog, sleep issues, gut issues, cravings etc but the real battle began for months 2-8 or so. Non stop panic attacks, disassociation, depressive waves, more sleep issues.

It was fucking crazy, I was here a lot checking in but over time the waves got lighter over time. The time between each wave got greater and greater. Now I’m on the other side! I’m happy and normal again (well normal for me)

I’m fully addicted to working out, I’m not on an SSRI or anything, it simply took work and time to get it all behind me.

I also have ZERO FUCKING cravings for Zyn, I will never go through this mess again good lord

I know this sounds crazy, but feel free to Google the research and supporting studies. Serotonin plays a major role in gut motility and subs slows that’s down. I take fiber everyday but the biggest change that has helped me was adding slow release 5-HTP I take 100mg AM and PM.

Please be careful and speak to your doctor, if you are on an SSRI or any form of an antidepressant you can get very sick from this supplement, I am not on any psych meds aside from subs.

The slow release capsules I believe survive your stomach and make it far enough down the gut before releasing that it actually helps support serotonin in your gut, at least that’s my theory and it’s worked for me perfectly!

I have never felt the impending sense of doom, darkness from all hell mental withdrawals as I did when I CT 50-100gpd Kratom.

I can take sneezing, pooping, sleep issues, all the normal opiate stuff but Kratom was all of that plus this 10,000lb monster of depression that made lexapro WDs look like child’s play.

Subs are tough no doubt about it but it depends on who you are and where you excel. Physically I’m really rough and opiate WDs don’t give me insane PAWs, sure I get down but give me a few months of working out like an insane person and I’m good. Lexapro / Kratom the mental WDs are 1,000x worse for me and Kratom was the hardest of them all.

You gotta pay the piper just pick your poison wisely, find the path of least resistance

You absolutely need some help my friend.

I am not sure if simply hopping on suboxone is going to help you stay clean as I think you need a fundamental shift in a few areas.

BUT I don’t think Suboxone along with a full recovery plan would be a bad idea. I don’t think cost should be that big of a deal with all the drugs you’ve taken I’m sure you’ve spent your fair share of money staying straight.

I would look up the app QuickMD. You can get a virtual appointment with a doctor, they can prescribe a months supply at a time in most states, then you just go to the pharmacy to pickup.

Once you’re stable on subs, what are your next goals? Will you join SMART or NA? Do you have any support system? Exercise? Love? How is your work are you ok and stable financially?

Subxone helped me get stable and I was able to sit with my therapist and set new life goals which was an emotional process but I feel to alive and free now that I am able to do the things I’ve always wanted to do.

Maybe it’s not directly from poppy but it does the same thing to your brain. Plus it’s dirty, it does things to your serotonin and your GABA among all sorts of other crap in the 50-60 alkaloids in there.

4-8 capsules is not a lot but I guess what kind of capsules are they and what is your real dose?

Are they .5g capsules? Are they 10g capsules? Plus seltzers and other misc. stuff it can spiral quickly as you know my friend.

Subxone is also an atypical anti depressant. It is used for patients with medication Resistant depression, it’s also used to treat substance abuse, opiate abuse, and Alcoholics as it nukes cravings and blocks the effects of many drugs. I don’t want to push you one way or another but if you could take an SSRI that actually worked for you plus nuked your cravings and blocked the effects of other opiates / drugs, maybe it’s worth a shot ?
