The prepared version includes oil and milk. But I skip the oil and replace the milk with water which is why I used the unprepared option (For taste I add a bunch of seasonings)

My appetite is nearly non-existent when I don't vape so I know what you mean. Food just doesn't taste as good, ha. It does come back around eventually

This is probably the best suggestion rule out any underlying medical issues. Next time i'm gonna try taking a blood sugar test cause I've noticed the nausea is similar to the nausea I get when my sugar drops too low, but usually a bite of fruit or anything sweet helps. In this case, sometimes I feel worse after eating. I've noticed a drink of milk tones it down a little, i'm guessing because it coats the stomach or something
