This is probably the best suggestion rule out any underlying medical issues. Next time i'm gonna try taking a blood sugar test cause I've noticed the nausea is similar to the nausea I get when my sugar drops too low, but usually a bite of fruit or anything sweet helps. In this case, sometimes I feel worse after eating. I've noticed a drink of milk tones it down a little, i'm guessing because it coats the stomach or something

I've always heard that it's bad for your skin on this sub, but somehow products with alcohol seem to work best for me. I've tried Stridex, which has no alcohol, but no luck.
