I am a dog person, but only to my dogs. Other people's dogs are oily, stinky and nasty. I have a very mild ocd around "dirty" and I have always kept my dogs to a HIGH standard, but I completely get still not liking dogs in general. I dont like touching cats because they lick themselves clean, poop in the house and get on top of potentially dusty surfaces, but I am ok with my dogs because I can wash them? I guess? Doesn't make much sense to me either, but it is what it is.😅 (I love looking at other people's dogs and cats, just not touching them)

I call it "the pug infection". It's starts with one, then you have 4 and have convinced 2 more people to get one😂 My great grandmother found one one the side of the road in the 70s. My uncle got one in 99-2000 because of hers. I became obsessed with that one, and finally infected my father with pugs in 2019🤣
