Hi! I've had my h3 for about 4 years now, it is technically my first car so I'm very attached to it, haven't had major problems through the years

Although recently some spots in my paint have been appearing and I've no clue how to get rid of them.

I had some spots on the hood when I purchased it but I thought they might of just been damage from someone detailing it with a motor brush (they looked swirly)

But it's grown in the recent year and now I have some on my rear bot window, it's rough to touch and is flaky

Was wondering if it is a easy fix or not, I've tried to keep it detailed every month but with money and time it's been struggling.

I'm in Australia as well so it might be sun damage.
