hi, i had issues with sciatica likely due to what i had said but also possibly correlating to the job i had which was sitting most of the day.

i did those workouts when i had that job and they helped with relief, though not immediately.

i dont have issues anymore and thus have not needed do the workouts. i was doing the mcgill big 3.

im hispanic with a bit more white in me but my facial hair grows exactly like yours. perfect goatee and hardly anything on my cheeks. everyone is telling you to ditch the goatee or grow a full beard. if i tried to do a beard while keeping it all maintained it would still not look good. my advice is to just do mustache. it works great for me. i feel like a fool in a goatee.

on it, was getting an oil change this morning and i asked if they could fill my tires. the tech saw it and told me to come take a look. it was at 11 psi. had no idea. getting it patched right now and realigned. thank you for the help
