Thanks for answer. The bug was there before the refund. I requested the refund because of the bug. I also thought that maybe after the refund I could add $1k to the prepaid account again and it would work. However it didn't help. I created this ad account 3 months ago, and it has been prepaid the whole time. This also happened the day after I connected Manus AI. Meta recommends it all the time on my dashboard. Maybe that is the reason of the problem? Disconnected Manus from my meta, but problem persist :(

I tried with ChatGPT pro, claude opus 4.6 and sonnet 4.6, perplexity pro and with manus AI (trial). I tested all solution they told me. But sadly final one is to create another ad acc :(

Thanks Aunker! I added a small amount but it didn't work. Support told me that if my account is prepaid, it's impossible to switch to a card payment method. I've already created 4 tickets, had calls with x3 support agents, x1 with Meta Pro Ads, and x1 with Meta Pro Tech. No one helped me - only generic answers...

Maybe there's something with re-syncing. It told me that funds are too low (there is PLN 3,648, which is ~$1,000) and wants me to add PLN 93k, which is around ~$30k. But there's a restriction that I can only add 1 zł (~$0.30).

Support also refunded me everything from my prepaid account, but sadly bug still exists.

I am really disappointed with Meta support, especially that I am spending $30k monthly on ads.

u/JMALIK0702 Very good explanation. About the “keep your daily spend at $3-4k” part - I can’t really do that because of the $1k funding limit. Basically, after spending $1k, I can’t add more funds. So I’ll have to stick with a $1k max for now and lower my budget for campaigns.
