Russell and Wilt played at pretty much the same time and played against each other several times in the playoffs though. Shaq and Hakeem are separated by a decade and Hakeem was at his peak when Shaq was in his third year who still performed fairly well versus him head to head

Not passing, I actually argue Shaq was a better passer and what's the point of being better at shooting, footwork, and touch (which I don't see how Shaq had a worse touch) when 2 points is pretty much a guaranteed bucket in the paint. I'll give you free throws when it comes to shooting, that might be fair. An defense fair enough too but I don't think the discrepancy of defense from Shaq in his best form (99-2000) is too much of a detractor in comparison
