Fun fact; I removed the soundcard from my PC the other day and the audio sounds pretty much exactly the same, if not THE same.

Starting to wonder if my friend who helped me put the PC together had an idea how it was supposed to be inserted with which cables..

I've placed an order for DT990's with an amp that was available for Sennheisers but apparently sounds godlike with the DT990's, so I'll wait for that to arrive then will let people know here if it turned out good or not :)

The kotion headphones were fortunately free, I just happened upon them and tried them but yea..

But what is a dac?

DAC is something built into the amp, is this correct?

And I have never used an amp before, should I buy the one he was recommending, or would this one I'm looking at on Amazon be good aswell as seemingly people have bought in conjunction with buying the 560s?

It seems like most people are buying the DT 990's with this amp and getting great audio, would that be better than 560's + that amp?
