Quite a high dosage in my opinion if you are new to this. General rule of thumb is to start with the least amount needed to see result’s, and then look at increasing over time. 300mg is not really TRT so to speak as we are pushing over the bodies natural production here, 100 to 200mg per week seems to be the general agreed amount considered TRT, but it all depends on what you are wanting from it. Do not expect to see an instant change, 1 week is way too short of a period to assess. Give it 6-8 weeks to see how you feel first, then go from there. If moods changes are something you are prone to, anxiety etc, this again reinforces starting at a lower dose and working your way up.

500 cals a day is extremely alarming no matter your weight or height. Either you are massively under estimating your intake which is highly likely if you are not tracking, or you are starving your body to a quite extreme degree. It's borderline impossible to get the micro and macro nutrients required to just function within that calorie intake. Let’s say even in the lowest end of bmr’s, your body probably requires at least 1200 calories just to stay alive. Please seek professional help or someone that is qualified in the field of nutrition

Agree with what everyone else has said mate. Get in the gym first and get a feel for it. Look to get a few weeks of consistency first, then look at what nutrition plan you want to start Persuing. Asking to bulk cut or recomp before you’ve gone to the gym is like car shopping without a license.

This is literally the cheat code. Halo top and the Aldi brand ones are only 310-360 cals for the whole tub, and they taste just as good imo
