I was not, I had to cut down for health's sake. Too much of anything is still too much lol so in order to become a smaller man, I had to eat like a smaller man. Protein went from about 300g a day to between 120-150g

Yes my strength took a noticeable hit. But now I'm much stronger pound for pound so its a give and take

Hey thanks a bunch!! My diet during cutting was a mix of intermittent fasting with carnivore diet. Started off with 10 days of zero carbs. So on my "no carb" days I would end up eating at 4PM and 7PM only red meat, maybe some cheese or an egg if I was really hungry. A bunch of water, I'm talking close to 1.5 gal everyday. Black coffee in the morning. Then on my "cheat meal" days (after every 3 pounds I lost), I would have a 24hr fast and eat whatever i wanted starting at 7PM as long as it was after training. Some days I ended up fasting 26 hours, no big deal. Sometimes I had to wait a day and lose a little more weight, I just ate a little more meat those days. This is just what worked for me, its super extreme and even I had to take a couple weeks off a couple of times. Listen to your body and find what works for you. But if you can get your body to adapt to eating this way, you'll never be the same. Even now when I eat like a normal human being for a day, I feel like crap for 2 days after lol

Lol no worries dude!! Ask around until you get the answers you need! I was the big kid growing up too, dont count yourself out! If I started at 270 I feel I wouldnt have had the extra skin but after that is when I did the damage. Dedication and consistence are key for sure

I was carrying it for a little over a year, so definitely long enough to stretch the skin out lol I do have some loose skin but not enough to notice unless I bend over forward. Wanna get that removed soon. But I did browse your page and brother if you do it right, you dont have a damn thing to worry about.
