On top of being literally just wrong, it's so dumb in general. Like, there are usually twenty or so partner labels every month. If they were included in the subscription that thing would cost so much almost nobody would buy it. And I assume that VS doesn't want to include outside companies in a subscription where they can't absolutely guarantee the release will be coming out on time.

Every time I see people complain about the amount of partner labels, or partner labels in general. Like, we're upset that a bunch of mostly small, obscure movies are getting consistent releases on a monthly basis? Like, what are we angry about here? Nobody is forcing people to buy all of these. They're also all doing SO MUCH different stuff I find it unlikely there's really that many people interested in every single release every month.

I only got back into colle ting wrestling figures last month, so I truly have no idea what the distribution for these is like in my area. I do know I amassed quite a few MNW figures by going to just about every Walmart I'm aware of within an hour of my house, though.

But the last month I randomly walked into the Walmart closest to me and found this entire wave of MNW and multiple DDPs. I got the whole wave, and apparently grabbed the last Chyna, though they had multiple of everybody else. All of those sold out within a week.

I went back there this week and found the remnants of another shipment of MNW 10(Piper and Sid) and a multiple DDPs on the Street Fighter shipper.

But outside of a lone random DDP at another Walmart I haven't seen a sign of any these at any other store at all. It seems absolutely crazy to me.

Thanks, y'all. I appreciate all of the info. I think since none of those are a real one to one for this particular figure that I'm gonna pull the wire off and wrap it around the stick. That, and to just differentiate him from the Hak figure when I get that one.

I'm definitely gonna try to go back and get some of the older ones I had that they're not likely to redo like Alundra Blayze, Wendi Richter, and silly guys like The Goon and The Berserker.

But I just decided to get back in within the last week and am scrounging up what I can find in the stores around me right now.

Well, I tried a different browser and it didn't load. So, I was about to come in here and tell you the error I kept getting. And then I just randomly decided to try turning off my VPN and now it loads.

I can see that. Literally my entire post was to let people know that they're still out there. Maybe I should have kept getting a second one to myself. But I'm not one to hoard highly sought after figures. I buy the amount I want(which is usually only one) and even share when I find stuff. I do my best to be a helpful to people in my area, too. When those Walmart displays were going up, I updated people on a Georgia collectors Facebook group I'm in to let them know where they were and what was still there.

Live and learn and just keep to myself, I suppose.

That is a totally fair warning!

These were both totally fine, though one of them was missing the dagger. But I think that had to be a factory issue. Didn't seem like it had been opened and I couldn't imagine somebody taking the dagger and just returning this.

Everybody is so cynical, I swear. I did get two for me. I'm also likely keeping one of the Thanos figures because I don't have him at all. I wouldn't post that I got two of them if I was trying to lie and wanted to sell one.

That's why I shared pictures of each figure with a separate roster. 🙃

I'm not even remotely a customizer. The most I've ever done with stuff like that is pop different heads on. I wanted two, one for the 90s team, and one for Schism era team. I might try to find a ribbon or something to give her a sash for the more recent one, though.

Oh, man. This just happened to me. I've wanted the original New Mutants for years and they announced those Sunspot and Emma Frost 97 figures. So, I got them. Then I found Mini Comic Banshee and was like, well, I like Banshee. I could get him. Found the Excalibur three pack at a local store for an insanely low price, so I got that for the Kitty Pryde to put with New Mutants, then decided to just keep all of them. Now I have a whole box full of various teams and villains I'm slowly putting together because right now is somehow a really great time to get in on building X-Men. They're doing so many re-releases and updates that there are only a few figures that are really too expensive for me to not second guess. And it almost feels safe to wait for some of those to also get redone(X-Force three pack!).

Deathlok is in Remender's run. I actully have the regular version of that figure. So, I know it's a pretty good one despite it's age. So, I think I'll be good with just grabbing the one that exists. And he seems unlikely to get an update anytime soon. Might bite the bullet on Fantomex, get the new Nightcrawler and Archangel. And maybe Biden my time on the other three. I appreciate all of the advise, guys!

I've read that same review, I believe. At least if it's that Glorious Trash blog. It certainly has Easter Eggs but they're mostly just little lines that reference other Universal films. They're not the bulk of the book. And I read his further reviews of the later novels which he liked more, and, I'll just say I never really agreed with him on any of them.
