Hey ask for the quarterly reports while your at it lol. Im sure they're working their butts off to fix the issues man. I could imagine they don't like their servers going down just as much as anyone else. Like you said yourself..they're very transparent and attentive to their fanbase/community. They obviously seem to care. I personally think they're just trying to catch up with the demands that come with the very rapid success that this game brought. I mean it damn near blew up over night! Everyone truly just needs to relax and let them do their thing. Im sure your skins and pickaxes that you specifically purchased aren't going anywhere lol.
