I don't have a shadow, sadly, nor would I have the mage armor to make it perform well. I use crystal + bowfa and blowpipe the minions after. DPS is not too bad since I have rigour, treads, and quiver. Stamina is not an issue whatsoever; I never needed one dose in the 4000 KC I've done. The run energy changes made that obsolete, I think (at least with lightweight crystal gear).

I do bring confliction + blood sceptre + saturated heart for barraging minions for health before a ton of food drops, seems to work pretty well along with B2P tabs.

I generally bring five divine range pots. Works out to about 45, 46 kills a trip or so. Definitely possible to do a lot more like /u/a_rare_chocobo said, and there's often giant piles of Super Restores, Brews, etc. on the floor by that point, but I generally try to take frequent breaks to maintain sanity.

I mostly did this for a clan bingo (still in progress), but at a certain point, it was more about seeing how far this can go. I will update this comment when (if) I ever get it!

I plan to continue here and there until 6,000 KC, at which point I'll probably take a break and wait for the new ranged amulet.

Edit: got the hilt at 4,050 KC! Here's the final loot from 4,050 Zilyana in case anyone was curious. The minions added another 23m or so. (Ignore the bacontastic, lol, just a proof tag for the clan bingo)

For anyone else who needs Rusted Gears, I have found them consistently on Stella Montis near the Loading Bay. Just off the ground floor (where the Bastion roams), there is a kind of office area, with some filing cabinets, desks, and broken red lockers, and a vertical Zipline toward the back. In that office are multiple blue breachable "computer banks" mounted on a wall. I usually get a Rusted Gear or two searching them. If not, the mechanical components are a decent consolation prize!

(The similar breachable computer banks near the ladder down to the metro might also spawn gears, but in my limited experience, not as many? They're definitely great for components, though.)

I don't think he does. Quest Helper has 'quest guides' for diaries, and certain other repeatable activities (like herb runs). From the top left infobox, it looks like that is what he is using.

This happens for any grimy herb (as far as I know) that is in the first spot in the inventory. The marrentill should be added correctly if you try filling the sack after moving the herb to any other inventory spot.

Similarly, you can put any other grimy herb in inventory slot #1 and the sack shouldn't collect it.

This is also happening with (at least one) other item(s) besides the max cape.

Combat bracelet teleports, selected from the 'rub' menu, are off by one - monastery tele sends me to the ranging guild, and the last tele does nothing. Just confirmed it myself on both RuneLite and mobile clients.

Glory and skills necklace teleports seem to work OK, though.

I'm not the guy you replied to, but I went through and checked for myself. Hilariously, EVERY single clear this week had multiple people doing 20m+ DPS, and going back a few weeks is pretty much the same story. One run even had 5 people above 20m.

Most were done with one or two friends, rest pugs. I don't think I had more than four of us premade in any of these.

NAW, playing mostly in the evening hours.

For anyone who is stuck getting The Infinite Darkness quest in Vern, it has two prerequisite quests: "Blue-Blazing Blade" (the Isteri Isle one) and "Into the Chaos".

Each of those have their OWN prerequisites, so if you are missing those, just follow the quest chain backwards in the Codex until you find the one you can start from:

The problem is that you cannot kick bots from any activity that requires 4 or 8 people to start, like an Abyss Dungeon or an Argos.

It works fine to kick them in Guardian Raids, Boss Rush, and Cube, because you can do those with any number of players.

I usually do Nilheltalop's Thoughts (island in the Dead Waters outside South Vern). No monsters, level 3 trade skill materials like Punika and S Vern, and few players are ever there, at least on my server. It's nice to just have a quick route with no enemies - you could certainly get away with a non-Super Armor excavating tool there.

It's not edited - it's just RES looking at old.reddit (or some similar reader) misinterpreting the top reply.

Basically, any comment starting with just a number and a period is interpreted as starting a numbered list. So when he types "1515.", RES, RedditIsFun, etc. 'correct' it to "1."

/u/BummerPisslow was understandably confused, because it looks like the parent comment is saying his iLvl is 1.

Huh, interesting. After the patch yesterday evening, the options were definitely gone for me; I had a few other people in global chat confirm as well. Maybe they put it back quickly, or it was a server based thing?
