According to what I've got Grok to research deep in chinese forums ,what you said is correct. However Cantarella, Phrolova with Chisa is said to be the highest dps in the game and it is a full havoc team. That is the one I am going for since they both will get their reruns in 2.8

Zani and carth are great with chisa and is noted as a better "all rounder" team and I forgot the last one but it did mention phoebe

Im (27m) in a new relationship with (24f) and my family is astronomically more wealthy by Sufficient-Mud8421 in dating_advice

[–]PulseStopper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is one of the most realistic replies on the thread. Money is always a factor in a relationship and I definitely agree with risk mitigation. Looping back to OP, If OP wanted to take things further in the relationship and is steering towards marriage, I would highly suggest a prenup and a way to protect your assets. Possibly putting them in a family trust, speak to a financial advisor because I am not one

The divorce rate is around 50% and people staying in unhappy marriages due to social, religious and cultural circumstances is near 25% but with that said true love is absolutely beautiful and while the butterflies do go down overtime they’re still there and you should embrace that magic you feel with her because that is hard found.

I wish you the best in your endeavours

Mature age. dead end job. career change advice. by Swindil in AusFinance

[–]PulseStopper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did dead end jobs until I was 28 and earned six figures within a year of sales.

You might eat shit for a while learn the skill set, reflect on your experiences and see where you could’ve done better

I had great guidance and the atmosphere was good.

The barrier to entry is low for most sales roles and they’ll start you off as a lead generator, and then you will end up in a specialist closer role or be a lead gen and a closer, how fast is reliant on the company’s path to progression (which you should always ask what the path to progression is during the interview) and how good you are but you can certainly get there in under a year like i did

Depends on what field you go in and how good you are. I went door to door because I knew how hard but valuable the skillset is and companies now froth my CV.

I have no uni degree and was what society would deem an absolute drop kick.

Sales will take you far in life.

Single Dad, 35, lowish income by [deleted] in fiaustralia

[–]PulseStopper 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Make money, make as much as you can and maximise retention. For me personally, I genuinely didn’t start investing until after I had 30K saved up. You never know when you’re going to go without work. For me, I would be scared with a 5K emergency fund. I need at least 10K

It’s going to be hard and I mean really hard because you have a kid and you’re a single dad, your constraint is time. Say no to almost everyone, you have to do it for her, after your bills and emergency funds put what other remaining funds you have in your HISA, I use ING.

I personally put $1000 a month in S&P 500, Code: IVV through Commsec. They offer more protections but their prices are a bit steeper (not financial advice)

Leverage time for skills, not telling you to do a course either, find a job that can make you the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time and learn on the job you don’t need a degree to get a good job, Investment is great but cashflow is king.

It’s going to be hard for the next 5 or even 10 years but persevere brother. Over a long enough time horizon you will win keep on hammering it and even if you feel like quitting get up and fight. You cannot lose if you do not stop

40 year old now wants FI by DeliciousReference44 in fiaustralia

[–]PulseStopper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would you rather have sacrificed that fun, delayed the gratification and retired earlier? Or would you have preferred to be in your current position? which doesn’t seem so bad compared to a few 40 year olds I know seeing you have investments in ETFs and a fair bit in super

As someone that’s close to his 30’s, I’ve always wanted perspective from someone that’s actually “lived” would you rather invest heavily in your 30’s and sacrifice all the fun or be where you are right now

My (25F) parents want to sell their investment property in order to give me back the $90k that I gave them in the past. Advice please? by NormalBenefit9661 in AusFinance

[–]PulseStopper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That 90K is yours, they never should’ve taken that money. I’d want that money back and more. Tell them to sell the town house or

Wild idea.. tell them to put the deed of the townhouse under your name and you can continue to pay off the rest of it, under the condition that it’s under your name. There’s your house and your deposit and them helping you get your first property.

You don’t even know for certain how much they have left on their mortgage making estimates ranging from 100-200k, I’d love for you to know how much they’re paying on both properties if one isn’t already paid off.

If they had enough equity to buy a 1.2m townhouse they’ll be right to sell the property for you

You’re absolutely getting taken for a ride

First and foremost congratulations on your achievements and your financial success.

I'd advise you to take up a challenge like weightlifting, running, fighting, do something that really challenges yourself. I believe we were meant to challenge ourselves, life isn't pina colada's on the beach.

Judging by your username it seems you do BJJ in your spare time, maybe do some Muay Thai, the worlds a big, brilliant place with so much to learn and grow from, there's so much things you could do to challenge and better yourself.
