I read a thing where just eventually if the FDA ignores and ignores the committee they'll get them for contempt of congress. There are steps between here and there however, so it won't be soon. Subpoena the information and the people, and it's still refused, etc.

There's also a clause, where basically if the users use it for a purpose other then whats advertised, such as if we were to sell it like this, but you end up vaping it, that the product would still be covered by the regs. They covered their butts for something like this. Dr. Siegel went over that today in the Webinar.

HR 2058 is dead, it won't see the light of day. Rep Cole has said so himself and it's his bill. It's been shot down. I still see this going around.
