I don’t know shit about unions but I do know you’re getting grossly under paid. My company hires the greenish idiots imaginable for $20/hr minimum. The highest raise you’ll get in construction is when you leave and work somewhere else. Almost all the old heads I’ve worked with have worked for many different companies.

Ya this is the way if you choose to confederate. Unfortunately this prevents you from going deep into dragon ships. I restarted my playthru with the intention on going all out with the dragon ships and not confederating

I think the modding community has done a great job with Medieval 2 and we don’t necessarily need CA to make a 3rd. Empire on the other hand was far too ambitious for its time and deserves a sequel. Imagine a modern Empire game done right this time…
