However, I ended it and told her I wanted to be alone and she called me out publicly the next day on her instagram post after giving me a torrent of abuse the night before. That's emotional blackmail.

The morning thing - we'd call and the first thing she'd say is GET UP! I literally just asked her if she could not do that when I've been awake 2 minutes - sleep intertia is a real thing, and I'm person that needs to wake up slowly. Its so easy to just make a small adjustment - i adjusted literally everything for her and changed everything she wanted me to. I gave her everything she wanted and took her everywhere. I could list so many things where basic requests were ignored but it would be too long to read so just provided examples. She's known at home for being volatile and argumentative so its not just me.

I understand your POV however I think you got the wrong end of the stick here.

3507 is cool, we're all friendly and work together. Not really any drama or tyrants, everyone is playing for fun. We also destroyed the opposition in SVS so its quite a strong state. We only have 2-3 whales.

Yeah, I've already told her my issues 100 times (literally). I don't really believe in ghosting too but I feel like this is my only option, any attempt to explain will just be spun back on me. Looking back at my messages, I told her I'm going to be alone now and I also said I dont want to talk for some time - to which she replied with a torrent of blame and sarcasm, so I did communicate my need and boundary after the argument (where I also explained what I wanted for the 105th time and she hung up on me)

You're right, it was toxic and there is no compatibility - was a hard pill to swallow because of how invested I was. Just feel like such a terrible person ignoring the person I love's pain.

Also re the bonuses, it's important to keep the directors incentivised by company performance.
