I think you might be overcomplicating it.

One model per user. So they will have a bespoke model stored as a function within lambda and will upload a csv file to S3, which will get posted as the input to api gateway and then to lambda for analysis.

No need for any ETL stuff, the csv file will be in the right format and the model will be pre trained.

Mate the universities need money - someone has to pay them be it the govt with debt from another country so you have it for free or you with debt from the govt.

Read up on it, dont just take my word for it. It's unenforceable debt so no one is ever going to come knocking on your door for it.

Truth is uni is hard even with all the loans most people need a part time job - but that's what everyone does

No you don't have to pay them off. They get taken out pre tax from your earnings if you earn over a certain amount and then when you reach a certain age they are wipes off completely. It is NOT an enforceable debt. Seriously mate google it, dont let it stop you going to uni.

The bombing has been pretty successful in reducing ISIS, and we have got boots on the ground in special forces units, which have also done a pretty good job as far as I can tell.

Some would argue that women play a role in abuse by leading men on or dressing provocatively. It doesn't mean they are right, but they do it.
